Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Grave Rave (the "Game"), provided by MoonPixelGames ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Children

The Game is intended for children and general audiences. If you are a minor in your country or region, you should use the Game with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Game by children.

2. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained the Game.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Game, except where allowed by law.
• Use cheats, automation tools, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or other methods that interfere with normal gameplay.
• Interfere with advertising, payment, security, or platform systems.
• Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store provider, such as Google Play or Apple App Store, under that provider's payment terms and refund policies.

Virtual items, currency, boosts, or other digital content have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as allowed by applicable law and platform rules.

5. Advertising

The Game may display ads, including rewarded ads or other ad formats. Rewarded ads may provide optional in-game rewards after successful completion, subject to availability, network conditions, platform rules, and anti-fraud checks.

6. No Account or Cloud Save

The Game currently does not provide a user account system or cloud save. Game progress may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the Game, reset your device, or change devices, local progress may be lost.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or parts of it at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, compatible device, or current app version.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its software, artwork, design, text, audio, and other content, is owned by MoonPixelGames or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonPixelGames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region may still apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where required, provide additional notice.
